•  If you are sending with us for the first time, send us or one of our agents (see list on contacts page) an email with your name, address and phone number and we will register you immediately.
•  If you are sending funds from anywhere outside the UK, contact us by email and we will walk you through the process. It could not be easier.
•  You must get your funds and your email/fax to us with instructions by 3.00pm (Monday-Friday) if you want your transaction processed that day. those that arrive after 3.00pm will be processed the following day.

The value of the Zimbabwe dollar is spiralling downwards at a rapid pace- so fast in fact that at times it has lost nearly 100% in value within weeks!! It is very difficult for people to operate in such a climate. That is why we suggest you move your funds out to Zim in foreign currency - that way it retains its value, even if the rate changes rapidly and your recipients can change funds into ZWD as and when they need to! Not only that, they will be carrying a receipt to prove they are legally carrying forex around in Zimbabwe!!

The street rate is not perfect, but whatever it is it will continue to rise, whilst the ZWD value will continue to fall, so forex WILL retain its value! In fact, in the current climate, why send any other way??

(which we will send them by text, similar to our fuel operation) they can collect the US$ or Rand and go on their way the next working day!!
