• For amounts over £1,500.00, email us at admin@siyabonga-tatenda.com  for a better rate.
•  If you are sending with us for the first time, send us or one of our agents (see list on contacts page) an email with your name, address and phone number and we will register you immediately.
•  If you are sending funds from anywhere outside the UK, contact us by email and we will walk you through the process. It could not be easier.
•  You must get your funds and your email/fax to us with instructions by 3.00pm (Monday-Friday) if you want your transaction processed that day. those that arrive after 3.00pm will be processed the following day.

***Important statement re Zim Banks ***

The rates have changed - we expect massive increases in the ZWD rates over the next few weeks as it readjusts to inflation. Thus we advise you to send your funds with us via forex and fuel coupons.

The banking system has been haywire since last week Wednesday and this has not been fully resolved as yet, Barclays has started limiting the value of transactions they process at the branch referring all large amounts to head office for processing. Large amounts are anything above $4 trillion. They further state that due to the fact that they have to split the amounts into $900bn  lots and given the massive number of transactions they are processing it is not guaranteed that everything will be processed that same day. In short they are saying they will process what they can and do the rest the following day. This has, understandably, created a lot of pressure with our clients. We are working closely with the banks in order to push as many of our transactions through as quickly as is possible.

ID Requirements 

Please note that owing to a new law passed by the UK Parliament on 15/12/07, we are obliged to have full identity documents in our possession by the time you send your second transaction with us. This is not as drastic as it sounds.
